Release: 32.0 translations update #36213

   This PR follows our Release Process and concludes the translation-related work for this release cycle.

   It is one of the steps required before branch-off, as scheduled in #33607.

   Previous similar PR: #34718.

   A note for reviewers: The actual translations on Transifex are a moving target. As a result, your diff after running bitcoin-maintainer-tools/update-translations.py may differ.

   Looks like there is garbage embedded in some translations? i.e grep for (Mai Samart Kamnot Sen Thang Dai) or òk dern thāng. From what I can tell, these are pronunciation guides?

    If I run the update through claude it flags a bunch of regressions. How much should we care about them?

    Depends on the regressions.

    Is it possible these are due to #34808?

    I only asked Claude to check for malicious translations.

    #34808 was tested for interaction with Transifex's Translation Memory Fill-up in the "experimental-do-not-translate" resource. I also observed its behaviour while uploading the "32.x" resource in #34525. Everything went flawlessly.

    Those regressions were more likely introduced by translators. This can be verified once the affected languages and strings are provided.

    Since we delegated translation to the Transifex community, there isn't much we can do on our side. However, I could reach out to the coordinators of some languages.
